Nicely made imported Rosette Inside diameter 4 9/32", 7/32" wide, and .032 thick. These are nice rosettes but thinner than domestically made ones so extra care must be taken in installation not to sand through them. I join my tops and put in the rosette as soon as I sand the top to the point it cleans up and I know there are no defects. This allows me to clean up my joint and the rosette and still have the target thickness. In a situation like this it may be a good idea to install the rosette below the surface by 10 to 20 thousands and sand down to it. Also be sure the channels are a even thickness all the way around.
